ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. No specific qualifications are required, but a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for caring for others are essential.
