Main duties of the job

As a Bank Activities Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and executing a variety of activities that celebrate the lives of the residents. This includes organizing both in-home and community-based events and programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of the residents. You'll need to be warm, empathetic, and personable, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset to ensure that everything gets done and that the residents are engaged and motivated. While previous experience is ideal, it's not essential, as Barchester will provide the necessary training and development opportunities to help you progress your career.
