Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, as well as networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate new leads. They will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, and the ability to analyze data using Salesforce or a similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
