ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To be a Care Assistant at Barchester, you will need some prior experience of caring for older people, as well as a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. A warm-hearted and empathetic approach is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for all residents.
