ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a successful candidate, you'll need some previous experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Empathy and compassion are essential qualities for this role.
