Job summary
As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for residents. Main duties of the job
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for getting to know the residents and their families, and then creating tailored activities programmes focused on enhancing their overall wellbeing. The role requires strong organisational skills, a driven mindset, and the ability to inspire both residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and in the local community. While previous experience in a similar role is ideal, it is not essential as training and development will be provided.
