Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to network within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries. The role also involves supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The successful candidate will need to have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or a similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have interpersonal and professional qualities.
