Job summary
Barchester Healthcare, an industry-leading care provider, is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting a region to increase occupancy, working alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, and supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
