Job summary
Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of their divisions. This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of first-class care homes in the region. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, and will be responsible for managing enquiries, networking within the local community, and supporting marketing activities to improve occupancy rates.
Main duties of the job
The Regional Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance. The successful candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target driven.

Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
