Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets. They will need excellent communication skills, the ability to network within the local community, and support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates, and increase occupancy. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM application, and be self-motivated and target-driven.
