ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To be considered for this role, you'll need previous experience in caring for older people, along with the necessary skills and qualities to thrive in a care environment. This includes a warm-hearted approach, strong communication abilities, and the compassion to deliver excellent care.
