ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• No specific qualifications are required, but some experience in caring for older people is preferred. You will need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing the best possible care for the residents.
