ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience in caring for older people. No specific qualifications are required, but you should demonstrate a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine compassion for providing the best care possible.
