Essential

• To join Barchester as a Home Manager, you will need to have a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalized care. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is also required.
