• To join Barchester as a Home Manager, you will need to demonstrate inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalized care. You should also have excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
