ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. • No specific qualifications are required, as the training provided will cover the necessary skills. However, a practical and caring mindset, as well as the ability to work as part of a team, are essential for this role.
