ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need some experience in caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach. A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
