ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need some previous experience in caring for older people. A caring, compassionate, and can-do approach is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.

Disclosure and Barring Service Check
