ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To be a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will need some prior experience in caring for older people, as well as excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach. The company will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
