ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have prior experience in caring for older people. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a compassionate approach are also essential. Barchester Healthcare will provide the necessary training and support to help you thrive in this position.
