Essential

• To join as a Home Manager, you will need inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, a successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, and experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy. A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines is also required.
