ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is required, along with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Empathy and a warm-hearted approach are also essential to deliver the highest standard of care and support for the residents.
