• To be a Senior General Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will need inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need excellent organizational and management skills, experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
