• To join Barchester as a Senior Home Manager, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. Excellent organizational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, are also required.
