Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Home Admissions Advisor to join their fantastic care home team. Main duties of the job
The Home Admissions Advisor will be responsible for all sales activity for the care home, including talking to potential new residents over the phone and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. They will engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements, respond to sales enquiries, and actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. The successful candidate will have a track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, and excellent communication skills.
