ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. You'll also need to possess excellent communication skills, a can-do approach, and the compassion required to deliver the highest standard of care.
