Job summary
As a Receptionist at a Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps to make sure every resident and visitor feels at home with us. You'll have a vitally important part to play in creating a positive and friendly environment as the first point of contact for almost everyone who comes to the home. The role is very varied, involving answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around.
