ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • Experience in caring for older people and a caring, compassionate approach are required for this role. No specific qualifications are mentioned, but the ability to follow care plans and provide excellent care and support to residents is essential.
