ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Experience in caring for older people, strong communication skills, and a compassionate and empathetic approach. Formal qualifications are not necessarily required, as Barchester Healthcare provides all the necessary training.
