ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. • No specific qualifications are required for the General Assistant role, but relevant experience in a care or hospitality setting would be advantageous. Barchester provides comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the position.
