ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be a successful Care Assistant, you'll need some experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Compassion and a dedication to providing the best possible care are also essential.
