Essential

• To be considered for the Home Manager role, you will need to have a successful track record of managing a care home, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Strong leadership skills, a passion for the care sector, and a deep understanding of relevant regulations and safeguarding requirements are also essential.
