As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

• To join as a Bank Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people. No specific qualifications are required, but you'll need to demonstrate a can-do approach, excellent communication skills, and the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care.
