Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Banking and Payments Team Assistant to join their established accounts team in Inverness. This role involves processing weekly payments, managing queries, and supporting the monthly reconciliations of bank accounts. Main duties of the job

The Banking and Payments Team Assistant will be responsible for processing weekly payments via BACS and cheque, ensuring payment requests are accurate, and managing queries from both suppliers and internal colleagues. They will also be involved in processing and managing Direct Debits, recording transactions, and assisting with monthly reconciliations of relevant bank accounts.
