ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience in caring for older people is required for this role. You'll also need strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide the best possible care and support to residents.
