Job summary
As a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for the residents. Your role will involve devising imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability, as well as working closely with the community engagement team to create community links and showcase the home.
Main duties of the job
You will be computer literate and able to work closely with the community engagement team to create community links and showcase the home. You will also be responsible for updating the home's social media platforms. Your organisational skills and driven mindset mean you always get things done and make things happen. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire the residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
