ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in caring for older people and a genuine passion for providing compassionate support. Strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential. Barchester will provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
