ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• You'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Above all, you'll need to demonstrate compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the residents.
