ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you'll need prior experience in caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Most importantly, you'll possess the empathy and compassion required to provide the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
