ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• Previous experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are required. The role also demands empathy, warmth, and the compassion to deliver the highest standard of care.
