They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT Demand & Innovation Team and play a pivotal role in driving business change through the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative IT solutions to meet the evolving needs of the company.

Main duties of the job

The Senior Business Analyst will provide high-quality, outcome-focused business analysis to Barchester's technology landscape, both in business-as-usual and complex change projects. They will be responsible for leading workshops, conducting detailed analysis of business processes and systems, developing process maps, translating business needs into requirements, and identifying and evaluating innovative IT solutions to support initiatives. The role demands a proactive individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills, who will build strong partnerships to deliver an exceptional service and help provide safe, effective, and premium care experience to residents.

You will play a pivotal role in driving business change by analysing, designing, and implementing innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our company.The role demands a proactive individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills, who will be dedicated to building strong partnerships in order to deliver an exceptional service and ultimately help provide safe, effective, and premium care experience to residents.This is a permanent, predominantly remote position with occasional travel across the UK, particularly to Inverness and London.
