ABOUT THE ROLEAs a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help us provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry and catering. Essential

• No specific qualifications are required for this role, as Barchester provides comprehensive training. However, relevant experience in a care setting or transferable skills in customer service, hospitality, or domestic work would be advantageous.
