Job summary
Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join the team supporting their North division. The role involves working with an exceptional management team to increase occupancy and ensure the success of their first-class care homes across the North of England and Scotland. The successful candidate will be a friendly sales professional with a healthcare background, responsible for all sales activities, building relationships with potential residents, and actively generating leads.
Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for all sales activity for the care homes in the North division, including talking to potential new residents, providing informative and welcoming tours, engaging with residents and relatives, responding to sales enquiries, and actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to present to individuals and groups, and experience building relationships within a local community.
