ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Essential

• Previous experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required. No specific qualifications are necessary, as Barchester Healthcare will provide all the necessary training to thrive in the role.
