ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience in caring for older adults, a compassionate and empathetic approach, and strong communication skills. While formal qualifications are not required, a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
