Job summary

As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure the care home has a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from fixing a leaky tap to maintaining the gardens and grounds. This role requires hands-on experience in property maintenance, at least one trade skill, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
