Job summary
We are excited to share this opportunity for an experienced Admin Coordinator to work within our strong multi-disciplinary team based in Kidderminster, providing NHS and independent neurodiversity assessment and support across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and the West Midlands.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated team member to play a key part in furthering our work to provide outstanding multi-disciplinary assessment and care for neurodivergent children and adults.
Main duties of the job
Applications are invited from experienced admin professionals working in NHS and Associated fields
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- To make contact with NHS Clients and book them in for Assessment.
- To liaise with GPs and other clinicians regarding their referrals.
- To work with our SPA to acknowledge referral back to GP or request further information
- To communicate effectively with neurodiverse children, young people and adults, families, as well as colleagues.
- To report contractual outcomes to our Operations Director for communication to Commissioners.
- To make ongoing contributions to service development to ensure that services continue to meet the needs of those we support.
- To take part in CPD opportunities, both internally and externally.
