Job summary

As Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how the Group grows. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full portfolio, lead the development of commercial opportunities and strengthen the Groups presence in key markets. You will be involved in strategic planning, market analysis, proposal development and partner engagement. This is a high impact role suited to someone who can operate confidently across multiple subject areas and is motivated by achieving growth that aligns with purpose and social value.

Main duties of the job

The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the commercial and growth priorities of RCI Group. Working closely with senior leaders and individual businesses within the portfolio, the role involves analysing market opportunities, coordinating the development of strategic proposals and ensuring high quality, consistent commercial outputs. It requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex information and confidence working across a wide range of operational and strategic environments.
