We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, with a proven track-record of delivering a high-quality recruitment experience within the healthcare sector, to work in our dynamic and fast-paced businesses.
Main duties of the job
The primary focus of the role will be driving recruitment activities where you'll source and attract candidates using innovative and creative approaches. You will work with the business to identify future hiring needs and ensure that recruitment is proactive, rather than reactive, encouraging and leading on key business relationships.

Commissioned by NHS England and the Police, our aim is to provide the best possible standard of healthcare, through excellent operational delivery, robust quality assurance and governance as well as a focus on innovation.
As a leading provider of criminal justice healthcare services, our current contracts cover Sexual Assault Referral Centres, Police Custodial Healthcare, healthcare in Secure Children's Homes, and clinical telephone advice.
We provide high-quality holistic care to vulnerable individuals.
The post-holder will work Monday Friday 9am-5pm.
This post will be based from the Stevenage office, though there will be opportunities to work from home. Travel will be a requirement of this role in order to attend other business locations and recruitment events.
About the Role
A forward-thinking approach to sourcing suitable candidates, using cutting edge attraction strategies including online employment forums and use of digital channels.Be the initial escalation point for any issues relating to Recruitment and onboarding.Develop the employer brand and candidate experience to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent. Including innovative talent acquisition processes for all hires.To produce job advertisements and other content to attract candidates to work for Mountain Healthcare.To fully utilise the company used recruitment system to support the recruitment journey within MHL and to support the other RCI companies with the system.To ensure that there is an adequate pipeline of suitably qualified candidates to meet established recruitment requirements.To work with the business to conduct interviews coaching and assisting hiring managers to ensure best practice recruitment is embedded throughout the business.To collaborate with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and be their trusted adviser on all recruitment related matters.To work with the business to sift applications against a set of agreed competencies assessing applicants knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.Be engaged in creating a Talent Acquisition environment that looks at quality improvement and helps implement best practices.Ensure appropriate documentation is received from new hires including evidence of Right to Work in the UK and references.To manage the pipeline of candidates from attraction, throughout the hiring process through to successful completion of probation to ensure that the candidate experience is as good as it can be to ensure that they are engaged and excited about working for Mountain Healthcare.
