Main duties of the job
As Lead Therapy Radiographer (Multi Platform), you'll oversee the daily delivery of radiotherapy services within our state-of-the-art centre at Cromwell Hospital. You'll lead by example, coordinating a skilled team across multiple treatment platforms to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Your role will involve managing workflows, optimising resources, and driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and service delivery. You'll collaborate closely with consultants, physicists, and wider teams to ensure an integrated, patient-centred approach.
You'll also provide mentorship and support for team members, contribute to audits and quality initiatives, and play a key role in service development, innovation, and implementing best practices.
